Jared Blitz is a 2009 graduate of Emory University (Film & TV Studies) and an accomplished athlete. His career began in the Hollywood studio system, where he developed and produced premium content. At Media Rights Capital, he assisted in developing "House of Cards" (Netflix) and oversaw productions like "Shaq Vs." (ABC) and "The Ricky Gervais Show" (HBO).
In 2011, Jared joined Lin Pictures (Warner Bros.), helping launch the television department with seventeen ordered pilots, including "Secret Lives of Wives" (Lifetime) and "Forever" (ABC). In 2013, he was recruited to Platinum Rye Entertainment, where he developed award-winning content for brands like Movietickets.com and Mercedes-Benz.
As Creative Director at Advantage (Octagon/IPG), Jared produced over fifty episodes of premium branded sports content for Microsoft and Hyundai, including the award-winning "Rolling with the Rookies."
In 2019, Jared founded Blitz Creative to continue creating impactful, engaging content. His work has been viewed by over 600 million people globally, driving tens of millions of audience engagements and earning numerous prestigious awards.
Sarah Sapola is currently the Manager of Talent & Athlete Relations at Blitz Creative. Sarah oversees all talent management, procurement and client servicing. Over the last year she has negotiated over three million dollars in talent deals on behalf of brands. Her role includes liaising with vendors, talent (and their representation), contractors for production, and influencer marketing agencies. She is consistently building relationships with talent and their representation to execute the most meaningful brand partnerships for brands and talent alike.
Sarah started working with professional athletes at the fresh age of nineteen. Working in entertainment for the Cleveland Guardians and Cleveland Cavaliers, assisting with athlete appearances, events, and in-game entertainment. Ensuring that talent has a well-executed partnership, is well taken care of and feels secure while working with brands is of her utmost priority.
Sarah has been running talent & athlete partnerships for the growing Blitz Creative team since May of 2020.
Max Geller is an award-winning writer, producer, director, and editor who has led creative and production for notable brands like Delta, Airbnb, BMW, Dyson, and FanDuel. After graduating from Syracuse University in 2014 (Television, Radio, Film), he began his career as a production assistant at Dan Klores Communications, where he learned how to craft newsworthy content and execute large scale productions.
At the start of the digital content boom, he went on to help start Hangar Four, a full service creative agency in New York City. As Vice President of Content & Production, he led creative and production for 100+ campaigns, including Delta’s award-winning “Show Your Wings” initiative (with chefs Danny Meyer, Jeremy Leung, Linton Hopkins, and Jon & Vinny), and FanDuel’s nationally covered, first-ever influencer partnership (A Day in the Life of Adam Schefter). He also helped shape content strategy for brands like Dyson and Zenni Eyewear, creating multiple video series that resulted in millions of views across social.
He left Hangar Four in 2022 to work for Blitz as Senior Creative & Executive Producer, helping the agency expand their east coast presence.
Tim’s whole career is in sports. He was a water polo player for Cal Berkeley where he won a national championship in 2016. Simultaneously, he was a production assistant for Pac-12 Networks and video editor for Cal Athletic’s media team. In Covid, he worked as a researcher for a Stone Cold Steve Austin documentary from the same team that produced The Last Dance. Tim joined the Blitz Creative team at the beginning of 2021 and quickly became our lead producer.
In his time at Blitz Creative, he has amassed 150+ days on set with the experience to create feature films all the way down to six-second advertisements. He makes our creative come to life and keeps the production in your budget. If you need a Cal Ripken Jr. stunt double, he’s your guy. He is here to make sure the Blitz Creative touch is in every dollar.
