History of Adding Value

Jared Blitz is a 2009 graduate of Emory University (Film & TV Studies) who spent the first 6 years of his career learning to develop, write & produce premium content inside of the Hollywood studio system. At Media Rights Capital he assisted in developing House of Cards (Netflix), while helping oversee production of Shaq Vs. (ABC), The Ricky Gervais Show (HBO) & Life and Times of Tim (HBO). In 2011 he joined Lin Pictures (Warner Bros.), where he helped start Dan Lin’s television department, working on seventeen ordered pilots during his three years on the WB lot, including Secret Lives of Wives (Lifetime) & Forever (ABC).

In 2013, Jared was recruited to Platinum Rye Entertainment (eventually absorbed into Engine Shop) to be its first Creative Producer. During his three years at PRE/Engine Shop, Jared developed and produced award winning, multi-series programs for Movietickets.com & Mercedes-Benz, while also winning a Davey award for the viral sensation Shawn Michaels New Tag Team Partner (Can-Am Spyder).

In early 2016, Jared joined Advantage (Octagon/IPG) as its first Creative Director specializing in Original Branded Content. While at Advantage, Jared developed, creative directed and produced over fifty episodes of original premium branded sports content for Microsoft & Hyundai, including three seasons of the multiple-award-winning Rolling with the Rookies.

The results speak for themselves, Blitz’s content has been viewed by over 600 Million people globally, driving tens of millions of audience engagements, leading to prestigious awards including being named as a 2017 & 2018 Cynopsis Model-D IT List Honoree and as ThinkLA’s 2018 Agency Person of the Year.

In 2019, Jared left IPG to start Blitz Creative.
